Our office is usually open from 8h00 AM to 20h00 PM in the Lisbon timezone, including weekends and holidays. If booked in advance, we can also deliver and collect cars outside of those hours, but a night time fee of €30.00 would apply each time.

When filling out the contract, we will need to verify the driving license and an identification document (passport or ID card) of each driver, and these documents must be valid. The country of origin of the documents is not important.

Per our insurance company's policies, the minimum age required to rent a car is 23 years old, and the maximum age is 75 years old. The driver must also have at least 3 years of driving license. The optional SCDW insurance is only available to drivers aged between 25 and 70 years old.

Our vehicles are rented with a full tank of fuel, and we expect them to be returned the same way. If the vehicle is not returned with a full tank, we will deduct up to €80.00 from the deposit to fill up the tank.

Our car rentals come with Theft Protection (of the car itself, not of items inside the car), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), and VAT (22%). Any additional services or features, such as extra drivers, airport or overnight pick up/drop off, or even child seats, must be added to the price according to your needs. When you request a price quotation, or make a reservation, its details will be taken into account, and the cost will be calculated accordingly.

The payment is only done at the time of pick-up. We accept payments in cash (Euro), and by major credit and debit cards (except American Express).
The excess deposit amount is requested in cash, as it is easier to return to you at the end of the rental period. As a last resort, it is also possible with a VISA credit card.
For car deliveries made directly at the ship port, we only accept both the payment and excess deposit amounts in cash.

Yes, you can modify your reservation after it has been confirmed, subject to availability and price changes. Please contact us as soon as possible to make any necessary changes.

In case of an accident or breakdown, please contact our 24/7 customer support immediately. We will provide you with assistance and guidance on the necessary steps to take.

We can deliver and collect the car anywhere in the lower Funchal area, from Praia Formosa area to the Barreirinha area, including Santo António and São Martinho.

Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 48 hours before the vehicle pick-up time.

We understand that unexpected delays can occur. However, returning the car late may result in additional charges. Please inform us in advance if you anticipate a delay so that we can make appropriate arrangements.
