What is the fuel policy?

We operate a full-to-full fuel policy. You'll receive the car with a full tank and simply return it full. This is the fairest and most transparent approach - you only pay for the fuel you use.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments. Unlike most rental companies, we don't require a credit card - making car rental accessible to everyone. Tip: Cash deposits are simplest and quickest to refund at drop-off.

When do I get my deposit back?

Your deposit is refunded at drop-off when the car is returned as agreed (the specific conditions depend on your insurance and car group choice and are shown during booking). Cash deposits are returned immediately. Card deposits are released the same day, but may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank. Your bank may apply exchange rate fees on both the original charge and the refund - this is outside our control, which is why we recommend cash for deposits.
